My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
Your support will change little lives.
Thank you.

My journey
17 Sep 2025I keep wanting to say the ‘hardest part about Cancer is’, but there’s so many hardest parts of Cancer. The one I want to touch on today is discovery of said disease. It’s not a roller coaster. It’s a thunderclap. It’s a shock to the cellular system. It’s so immediate faster than a blink of an eye. Maybe it’s preparing you for seeing your life before your eyes. In a blink. All the horrors. all the should’ves. all the if onlys. if everything, in a blink, a horrible blink.
The shock fades, but never really goes away. As you begin the fight. And it is a fight. It’s a fight against the odds against the statistics. But there you go. Here we are. Fighting. Raising funds gathering armies. Receiving your support, and using it,
to heal.
