My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
Your support will change little lives.
Thank you.

🙀 Just celebrated my 75th Birthday 🎁
12 Sep 2025Raised in the lovely hills of West Virginia (though I have lived in Carrollton, Georgia for over 40 years), I’ve always loved being out doors. Especially when riding a bike.
When I start a ride whether it’s on the Carrollton Green Belt or the Georgia Silver Comet Trail I always take a moment to reflect on how fortunate I am.
Such is not the case for the kids I’m riding to support. Don’t we wish that whether they can ride without training wheels was the biggest worry they or their parents have?
Thanks Everyone!!!!!
You’re aiding children diagnosed with cancer with your gifts to the Great Cycling Challenge Fund.
This will make a difference!
