I'm Riding For
Bella Radermacher

I decided to ride in the Great Cycle Challenge to support and honor my granddaughter, Bella Radermacher. Her courage, strength and resilience is so inspiring to me. She is one tough little girl that has a smile that lights up the room! At age 4, she was diagnosed with stage IV hepatoblastoma (liver cancer) with lung metastases. After 8 rounds of chemo, she received a liver transplant in February 2018. After one more round of chemo post-transplant, she was declared disease free. For unknown reasons Bella's liver failed leading to a second liver transplant in October 2018. I am in awe of Bella every single day! She is a warrior! Love her to the moon and back! No child or family should have to see their child fight for their life.
My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! This is my 3rd year pedaling for a cure.
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
My inspiration for this fundraiser, is my granddaughter, Bella Radermacher. This bright eyed, girl that has a smile that lights up a room, is truly an inspiring young lady. I am beyond thrilled that she will be making some rides with me this year. So bessed!!
There needs to be more research and better treatment and finally a CURE! Some little warriors stories are far different than Bella's. Together we can make a difference!
If you can support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter future, I would truly appreciate it.
Your support will change little lives.
Thank you & God bless!
