This September, I had planned to take part in the Great Cycle Challenge and put some miles on my bike to help raise money to fight kids’ cancer.

Unfortunately, August had other plans for me. I fractured my jaw in a biking accident, underwent surgery, and have had to spend the last few weeks recovering — which means riding this September is off the table for me.

But I don’t want being unable to ride to mean I can’t still participate.

I’m also putting together a fundraiser to help with the lost income and expenses from my own recovery, and I’ve decided to donate 10% of what I raise to my Great Cycle Challenge fundraiser benefiting Children’s Cancer Research Fund.

Any donations made directly here go toward Children’s Cancer Research Fund, and I greatly appreciate anyone who wants to support the cause.
