Andy Brady

Andy Brady

Andrew "Andy" Brady was one of those rare people who seemed woven into the fabric of Fort Pierce itself. To know Andy was to know a man who never met a stranger. He had a gift for making people feel welcome, whether they were lifelong residents, first-time visitors, veterans arriving at the Navy SEAL Museum, or friends gathering on North Beach to watch the waves roll in. His smile was easy, his stories were endless, and his love for the community he called home was unmistakable. For many years, Andy served as an ambassador for the National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum, where he became one of the most familiar and beloved faces associated with the institution. He was passionate about the Museum's mission, proud of the men whose stories it preserved, and dedicated to sharing that history with anyone willing to listen. Through his work, he touched countless lives and forged friendships that stretched far beyond Fort Pierce. He was a surfer at heart. He loved the ocean, the rhythm of the waves, and the special community that gathered along North Beach. Some of his happiest moments were spent among friends with sand on his feet, salt in the air, and a board nearby. The North Beach crowd wasn't just a group of friends to Andy—they were family. Andy loved Fort Pierce deeply. He knew its history, celebrated its people, and believed in its future. His place among the city's cherished characters was cemented when he was featured in Legendary Locals, a fitting recognition for someone who had become a legend in his own right.

My Story

16 Sep 2026

🚴‍♂️ This September 2026 marks my 7th year riding in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids’ cancer!

Why do I ride? Because cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Each year, more than 15,700 children are diagnosed—and tragically, 38 kids lose their lives to cancer every single week.

Kids should be out riding bikes, laughing, and living life—not fighting for it.

That’s why I’m raising funds to support the Children’s Cancer Research Fund, helping them continue their vital work to develop lifesaving treatments and ultimately find a cure.

🙏 I would be so grateful for your support. By making a donation, you’ll be giving these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

Together, we can change little lives. đź’›

Thank you!
