This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because childhood cancer affected my family when I was in college. I couldn't be there in person for my family. It was hard hearing how my sister was suffering from the treatments. She still deals with The long term effects in her daily life.

I don't want other families to have to go through what we did. Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

I have investigated this charity and I feel confident donating to them. They seem to tell the truth about their goals and mission. Most of the money donated really does go to their research.
