Hello, I want to start by thanking everyone who has support me and this great charity over the past 8 years. I have been blessed with a healthy child and grandchildren and when I read about this cause 9 years ago I knew I had to help where ever I could for this group of wonderful children. I have lost family and friends to cancer and have also had survivors in my family and friends has shown me you can never stop fighting. Please join me on this ride as I earn some miles and donations to help all these amazing and wonderful children who fight everyday just wanting to be on their bikes too. My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
