I'm Riding For
Blaise Davis

I'm doing this challenge in memory of Blaise. For Infinity and Beyond
My Story
It popped up on my Facebook feed, “Ride your bike to help in the fight against Pediatric Cancer”, that’s all it took.
But here’s a little more backstory as to why this was such an easy decision.
My best friend’s son, Blaise, was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma at the age of 3. For 8 months, he battled through chemo, surgeries, and multiple trips to the ER and beat it. But a little over a year later, Blaise was diagnosed with AML as a result of the chemo he received during his fight. Blaise passed away a week after his 7th birthday.
Since that time, Blaise’s parents started a foundation to help find new treatments for Ewing sarcoma, called the For Infinity and Beyond Foundation. I also decided to start my own fundraising event called the Blaise Games, and am always looking to show support in this fight in Blaise’s honor.
Blaise’s parents got my wife and I hooked on the Peloton a few years back. After riding indoors for a couple years, they asked us to join their team for the American Cancer Society Bike-A-Thon, a ride from Philadelphia to Atlantic City. So, we started training outdoors in preparation, and I even got a new road bike as a 10 year anniversary gift.
So when I saw on my Facebook feed that I could do what I love and support something so close to my heart, it was a no brainer.
And so I am taking on this challenge! I will ride 500 miles on the Peloton and road bike to help end childhood cancer and save little lives.
Please support me by making a donation today.
All funds raised will support Children's Cancer Research Fund to continue their work to develop innovative treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
I’m excited about getting out and riding while supporting this great cause in memory of Blaise
