My uncle Ricky was diagnosed with a Ewing sarcoma at the age 15 he underwent surgery, chemo and radiation and after many years of remission was diagnosed with another rare form of cancer, a Leiomyosarcoma that he eventually succumb to at the age of 46. He left behind 4 children a loving wife and large circle of family and friends that dream of a cure to prevent this kinds of tragedy.

My Story

This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

This year is extra special to me, besides being six years of riding the great cycle challenge. My Uncle Jimmy is currently fighting cancer, and three coworkers are fighting cancer hard right now. I'm sick and tired of cancer and would love to see it eradicated from this world. I know it won't be today or tomorrow, but hopefully, I can help raise some money to help raise money to fight it.
