Here we go! Riding my fourth year in the Great Cycle Challenge, and kids cancer is even closer to home...

(⁠*⁠﹏⁠*⁠;⁠)

I continue to ride for 6 year old Allie, who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia last year in February. 2 year old Heather is the granddaughter of another dear friend, and was diagnosed in May last year with Neuroblastic Cancer. Now, more than ever, is the time to kick some serious cancer butt!!

Both girls have been having some really great days, and so many more not as good, but both continue to shine their beautiful smiles.

Great Cycle Challenge Celebration 9-12-25

This September will mark the 11th annual Great Cycle Challenge USA, and we are going BIG to celebrate all of the amazing riders --in Colorado Springs, across the state, and throughout the country-- and every child who should living life... not fighting every day just to make it to the next!!

Come celebrate with us on Friday September 12th, at the On The Border --Barnes and Powers location, from 11am to 9pm. The restaurant will donate 20 percent of every receipt (excluding alcohol, gift card purchases, and gratuities). In addition, we will have a 60-second Air-O-Sport shootout throughout the day, jump-rope competitions, and demonstrations from local athletes --all to show great activities that kids could participate in.
