7th year…this year feels extra heavy.

Previous years I’ve mentioned how being a part of this cause is a cathartic action for me, helps me focus and hold myself accountable. Gives me an opportunity to be a small part of a big cause.

An aggressive reminder to highlight where I’ve had abundance compared to the littles struggling through this monster. A reminder that I’ve had an opportunity to experience life’s highs and lows, the opportunity to experience those ‘Firsts’. Then cry and laugh about them later in life. An opportunity to Love and be Loved, an opportunity to fail, adjust then succeed…rejoice in that success and do your best to repeat it.

I am one of many sending tons of strength to the families doing their best to grasp at whatever sense of normalcy they can find to keep their children and loved ones sane and present through the process.

A big Thank you to all who have helped in supporting me with this fundraiser through the years and who continue to support and love me in life, I ride with your love and strength.

My purpose for the month of September is to ride for Children's Cancer Research to play a small part in helping the fight against one of the monsters of the world.
