I'm Riding For
My mom, and Sisters
My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
I am also biking in honor of my mom and eldest sister (who were survivor) my younger sister who fought a good fight, and friends who are survivors.
Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
Your support will change little lives.
Thank you.
P.S. I cycled last month (one month early) because September is a very tricky month for me schedule wise. Rest assured I put in the miles!
Addendum: I started the challenge one month earlier than the official start time for the challenge due to a cramped schedule. My Page does not reflect the miles I have ridden as they were wiped and are not counted towards my goal. So, even though the miles I've ridden (which went beyond my set goal), aren't reflected here, I have indeed biked well over 400 miles!
