I ride in memory of my sweet daughter Erin Hope who lost the battle to cancer. She had a brain tumor and she battled for 4 years. The expereince changed all of us. Every one who knew her loved her. She was a spunky, spirited beautiful girl who enjoyed the simple things in life including collecting stuffed animals, taking pictures of flowers, picking flowers and giving them to me, giving hugs and kisses, teasing her family and riding her scooter. She carried a ray of sunshine everywhere she went and was a light and inspiration to many, especially me. Erin made the world a better place and I am blessed to be her mom! I ride in memory of you Erin!! I love you!

My Story

I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Honestly, two reasons. First because I lost my sweet daughter Erin Hope to cancer. I miss her every day! She was a light and a joy to all who knew her.

Second, because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week. My Erin Hope was one of these!

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve, and follow me during June as I take on the challenge to ride my bike 300 miles!
