My Story
This September, I’m riding in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids’ cancer!
I’m still new to cycling, but I’ve quickly grown to love it—getting out on my old-school 1993 Trek Antelope 850, pushing myself, and enjoying the ride. This challenge gives me the perfect chance to do something I enjoy while making a real difference.
Why am I doing this? Because kids should be riding bikes, laughing, and living life—not fighting cancer. Every year, over 15,700 children in the U.S. are diagnosed, and tragically, 38 children lose their battle each week. That’s a heartbreaking reality we can change.
This cause is also deeply personal to me. I’ve seen family members face cancer, and I know the pain, fear, and uncertainty it brings. Supporting childhood cancer research means supporting brighter futures, better treatments, and the hope for a cure.
I’m raising funds to support the Children’s Cancer Research Fund so they can keep doing lifesaving work. Every mile I ride, and every dollar donated, helps move us closer to a world where no child has to face this disease.
If you’re able, please support me with a donation. Together, we can change little lives.
Thank you for your support. 💛
