My Story
This September 2025, I am again taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! I have completed 4 years riding the Great Cycle Challenge. This is my 5th year riding this campaign. Since 2021, I have raised almost $5,000. This year I want to bump that total by 50%. My stretch goal for donations is $2,500 this year!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.

6th GCC ride. Little Miami Trail rount trip to Lunkin and back
20 Sep 20256th GCC ride. Little Miami Trail from Miami Viw Park to Lunkin Airport RT
Had to add ride manually... somehow my Strava dropped the ride. Fortunately I also track ride with my Wahoo sensor & app. This 33 mile ride topped me over original 100mi goal. Now I will ride to keep addi g miles (50 or more miles in next 10 days).
Now I need just $35 more in donations to top my goal of $2,500! Come on folks! Help me out here! 1 donation can do it! If however I can get 10 more donations of $25 each, we can top $3,000!!! Let's stretch for the next days!
