Picture of Briella (and myself) TODAY!

I logged in just under 30-miles on day1 of the GREAT CYCLE CHALLENGE!

The HIGHLIGHT of the day, however, was to get this picture of Briella (the girl I'm riding for) and myself at a picnic in Oswald Park in St. Nazianz, Wi.

She was amazingly full of energy, zipping around the apparatuses in the playground!

Children should THRIVE not fight to SURVIVE!

I’m riding and rooting for Briella Wasmer. As I go through the pictures her mom shared with me, I realize just how hard some days have been for her over the last year and a half battling leukemia and the treatments she’s subjected to. I will be showing many of these pictures (happy and sad) over the next month!
