Well, the HOT 103 lunch ride was not the best decision. I feel bad for those construction workers, gardeners, and outdoor workers it's way too š„hot. I wish like those snow days in the East Coast that we would have High Heat Day stay home of your work outside days.
Too Hot š„ took the day off it didn't cool off until after 10 pm I was already sleeping for my 4 am wake up gym time
Am ride was so nice and cool.after my am gym workout. Then post work Hot ride. It's hot outside! I'm blessed I work in doors. Stay as cool and hydrated, Cali.
