On Sunday, my quest to ride 250 miles in September begins.
Due to medical circumstances that y'all know about, I'll be starting on a stationary bike. Sounds kind of boring, but I'll be listening to music and podcasts as I pedal away.
Hopefully I'm given the okay to get on my bike and hit the trails.
Thank you to those of you who have taken the time out of your busy lives to support me.
It's not too late to donate to this worthwhile cause. 'The goal is to fund life-saving research to develop safer and more effective treating and to find cures for all childhood cancers.'
'Kids should be living life, NOT fighting for it.'
Hit Donate and find me, Jeanne Werner. Your support is my motivation.
Thank you!
Update on my wrist - 2 fractured bones, 1 torn ligament and a "ligament fracture". MRI scheduled for Sept. 6th, and an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon to discuss treatment options on 9/10. Don't worry. Nothing hurts unless I do something stupid!
Looking into buying a stand to make my bike a stationary one, because the show must go on!
As Gilda Radner's character, Roseanne Roseannadanna would say, "It's always something."
Thanks for your continued support! ❤️
