6 Days until the challenge begins and I can hardly wait.
Many of you know that I joined the pharmaceutical industry because my parents and sister died of cancer at very young ages. I have now lost my brother at the age of 56 of para neoplastic syndrome. My last surviving brother is a cancer survivor.
We have made so much headway in the discovery of new treatments and innovative life changing medicines for cancer. We still have a lot more work to do.
I am excited to even leave a thumb print every day to help make a difference to the patients and caregivers lives.
I just wanted to thank my teammate for asking me to join.
I needed to find something to get me out of a little funk and I believe Debi needed something to help with encouragement /motivation (we have been good for each other that way).

By fundraising for Great Cycle Challenge, I feel like we are funding vital research grants as well as services for families with a cancer diagnosis through Children’s Cancer Research Fund. Better than just sitting on my bum. 🤪
