This is a beautiful park with a little lake to bicycle ride around or walk around. There’s a wonderful ballpark and lots of trails that go different directions. I really enjoyed this park after driving for four hours. It’s a great halfway point or so to stretch the legs.
September 10. I almost ran over a black snake on the Archie fork Park trail in Clinton Arkansas. That park is so very beautiful. And fun to Walk or ride. I also rode the bike to a small section of the sidewalks along the highway 65. And went through out the town Square area. The highway is not that comfortable to bike along site since the cars goes so fast and there is not as much space. But the downtown area is really fun! and the bridge on the highway has this beautiful river underneath!
September 7 was my birthday and I was at Dardenelle Lake Lake State Park. There are two parks by the same name, which is confusing when you reserve a campsite. I enjoyed biking, the one in Russellville. Be sure to reserve number 65 and lower for the Russellville campsite, which I did not do accidentally. But The Rangers are very nice and helpful.
September 1 started writing and riding 😁 for the cancer research organization for children. My son Josh and granddaughter Amelia and I all went riding up and down the Cottonbelt trail near Waco. It was a nice cloudy morning with a possibility of some rain. So it was comfortable and we couldn’t ride too long with the heavy clouds. It sure was beautiful! Enjoy the outdoors!
