6 Days to Go

Had a wonderful autumn ride today to Cerritos Park in Bixby Knolls. 11 miles round trip from our home here in Lakewood Village. 26 miles to go to meet my ride goal of 150 miles. $65 still needed to achieve my goal of raising $2000. Looking for someone to help me cross that finish line.

So grateful for all the motivation and support that I have received this month from friends and family.

Feels like autumn

After 6 days of scorching (100 plus) temperatures, I got back on the bike on a cool 75 degree day. Not a long ride, but a 12 mile cruise with fellow fundraiser and Meals on wheels partner Ron Dibble.

5 days into the Challenge

Well, 51 miles completed over the course of 3 rides on my beach cruiser.

I’m going to put a pause on my cycling until next week due to high temperatures (100 degrees today) and high winds for the next several days.

I’m so grateful to all that have supported this cause.
