Two weeks ago, while riding to Woodstock, my cycling came to an abrupt halt when I hit the pavement! The adrenaline kicked in and helped me finish the 20+ mile ride. Thank God for safety gear! The helmet saved my head but I fractured a rib and soon realized that I had to take a step back. The other day I did a 1 mile test ride in the neighborhood. Last night I set up my old road bike on the trainer, put air in the tires and rode 19 miles. What I am experiencing is nothing in comparison to the suffering the kids endure with cancer! Please support my challenge to raise $2500 before the end of this month and I will try super hard to get to the 200 mile marker.
