When the Rained settled we hauled off to the Alabama Music Hallof fame from the Park & back

Nothing but short runs to town to get supplies. My bros rib is broke so we down for awhile.
Woke up in a bus & had 7 more miles at least to get to the on ramp of the trace

Left McFarland park & took the long way over the Tennessee River to muscle shoals Sheffield & Tuscumbia
Left the park to explore more of downtown. Slow day
Biked 6 hiked 2 on a flat to the wonderful spinningspoke cycle hub! Complete tune up & tire replacement! Trail magic! Love you guys! Glenn & Devin you guys rule!!!
Woke up on blue creek, picked up stealth camp & hit the road. We stoped for coffee charged phones & made our way towards Florence
Late start of 3:30 due to the weather, we are camping at some creek next to a ranch/polo club. In the morning we push on to Florence Alabama
