It was a cool evening so I went out. Several yards were freshly mowed and I enjoyed the smell of cut grass. A lady walking a dog, the dog looked like he’d never seen a cyclist, no barking just curious. The full moon was rising and who doesn’t like that, I sure do! I’ve had a good weekend with family and friends! Feeling blessed! 🚲

Perfect weather to begin this challenge if only I didn’t have one flat tire. I’ll get it fixed tomorrow and start pedaling. Research works, it’s what has me with 2 clean scans. So blessed.

GCC suggests I honor folks I know who have passed or battling cancer. We’ve all known family/friends who won and some not. I honor my life long friend Melissa. From the start of my journey she was there, checking on me. Little did we know, she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer shortly after. She lost her battle, she was such a beautiful woman inside and out. So, I ride for all who endure this. Love you all.
I’m living proof cancer research works! It’s a trial study that has me with two clean scans and feeling great. I’ll be under a doctors care for awhile yet, but I can do this! If you know anyone that’s experienced cancer, lymphoma, you’ve seen the struggle. Any donation helps.
