Did a long ride today, checked out a new area to ride in my neighborhood. Beautiful morning, a cool 74 degrees with a slight breeze.

Struggled the last few days with soreness from other activities (bowling in this instance). But I'm back on it. I know I am behind a little, but I'm at the halfway point and I just have to push myself a little more.
Put in 4 miles this morning and it was 68° (f), when I left the house. Wished I would have grabbed a long sleeve shirt, there was just enough breeze to make it "chilly". Good ride, may try to squeeze in another this evening.
Beautiful day for a ride. Got out before the heat really started kicking this morning. Stopped by and had a visit with my daughter this morning.
I am almost back up to my goal number, I'll still be off a couple miles at the end of the day tomorrow (but just a few). Thanks to all for the support so far...it is appreciated.
Didn't get out until late morning and it was just HOT! It was like riding a bike in a steam room, going to try and do another this evening when it cools off.
I do have lights, so I will try to take away all of my excuses..lol.
