When the Body Says No, the Community Says Yes

Hello All,

I had planned to really push myself and ride 50 miles, but my body had other plans and I wasn’t able to complete them. So, I reached out to the GGC community for help—and they showed up in the most incredible way, riding the extra miles for me with overwhelming support.

Thank you so much for standing by me. I promise that next year I’ll ride every mile I pledge.

Living with cancer has shown me just how much it takes from the body, mind, and spirit. It gives me an even deeper understanding of what these kids face every day, when they should just be enjoying life but instead are fighting for it.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your support—and until next year.
