Today is tribute day. Today GCC rents a billboard in Times Square for 8 hours and shows everyone’s picture who is participating in this event. It’s a very awesome thing which I have been a part of almost from its start. There have been many challenges and some injuries and illness but I still have managed to do this every year. This Fundraiser is very important to me for several reasons. I am in healthcare and I know how horrible it is to get cancer especially for a child. I have also experienced the loss of a child and I know how heartbreaking that is. So this is my way of raising awareness and funds to help fight this dreadful disease.
