Good morning test trial #1

This morning bright and early we had our first test ride

A few hours before church and before sunrise weather was cool and comfortable 14.1 miles on our new route

In a time of 1 hr flat almost

Absolutely loved the new route an the fresh pavement fresh sidewalks and fresh bike lanes

I do think 500 miles is gonna be a bit of a challenge

But I'm not gonna say it's not possible

As for our donation goal we are sitting at $1842 on a goal of $,2500 leaving $658

7-15 update

Good afternoon kids cancer challenge update 7-15-26

We have now crossed the $1,500

Donation dollar mark

We are. Now $922 from goal

Wristbands are in we will have them with us on Sunday!!!

As soon as this heat wave clears I am excited to get out an start mapping out new ride route

we have more areas now to ride than ever before

I am so excited I can't wait!!!!

Welcome 2026 Ride Challenge

Welcome to the 2026 Ride challenge

This year marks our 6th year riding for children's cancer research

I am more excited than ever before over the fall winter and spring our small city has expanded bike shoulders as well as sidewalks an new areas I can now reach

I'm excited to map out a new ride route for this year's challenge

And we have kicked off the challenge in a fantastic way with Already over $1,000 in donations from 2 verry dear friends

As we map and ride and raise awareness for this great cause there will be more updates

In the coming weeks our awareness Buttons and wristbands will be arriving

And will be available for purchase

$1 for each button or band and $2 buys both
