This September, Team Smith is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Jeanette and I start this challenge tomorrow. We are riding to Detroit for the Tiger game. We will be riding 500 miles in the month of September for this cause.
We have the easy part. You may think that riding over 50 mile is hard, but the challenge is much harder for the kids and their families.
