My Story
This September, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
Your support will change little lives.
Thank you.

September
7 Sep 2025September approached, and I watched the amount of daylight dwindle every day by a minute or 2 minutes and then saw that september loses seventy minutes of daylight in the State of Ohio.
I was a little stressed by the thought that it's not as easy to get my miles in when it's dark. Then, I reminded myself that it's not easy for children going through cancer treatment. And if they can do that, I can get my miles in to honor them.
Yesterday I went for a ride. I started the day a little grumpy. A little down, because it was raining. My day started later than I had planned. I wasn't gonna get in the miles I had hoped for. But then my thoughts turned to the children and their families once again. The plans these families had definitely were disrupted when their children got a diagnosis of cancer, and if they can keep going with that, I can keep going with my miles. This is why we ride
