This September, aka Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Not only because childhood cancer is the leading cause of death by disease amongst children but also for my late boyfriend. I fight for him. With safer, less aggressive and more effective treatment he would still be with us, watching crappy murder shows, playing legos with my nextdoor neighbor and cuddling with me. But instead, we just held his Celebration of Life. I should be spending my life with him, not mourning him.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
